Sandy started Benjamin Office Supplies & Services on June 1, 1981, on “passion and shooting for the stars.” Shortly after Benjamin’s was formed, Stacy applied for a job as the first salesperson. As they say, the rest is history!
Forty years later, Benjamin is a second-generation family-owned business with Danny Benjamin leading as Benjamin’s second President. Josh Benjamin also joined the company earlier this year to continue the family tradition. You don’t need the Benjamin last name to be considered family here though—many of our employees have been part of the Benjamin story for decades.

We couldn’t let this forty-year milestone pass without a celebration! Benjamin helps businesses, but we work for the people behind them. Our celebration wasn’t just a celebration of forty years, but a celebration of our customers that keep us going each and every day!
Benjamin may have hit forty years in business, but we don’t plan on leaving the DMV area anytime soon. We are excited for the growth to come and committed to serving our customers with the best experience possible!
