I would like to pass along the appreciation my staff and I have for David. He has ALWAYS made every effort to meet our needs, even when our turnaround time was almost impossible, 99.9% of the time he was able to make it happen for us. It has been a very long time since I had a Vendor that has made me feel like we at my Organization are a priority. David continues to respond almost immediately to each and every one of my requests, even when I know he can’t be in the office yet; he always takes care of our needs with the pleasant customer service that is refreshing to us here in this office and the other offices in my group.
